With more than 33 million broadband subscribers in 39 states, Xfinity is the largest Internet provider in the US But that popularity doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the best – it’s often the most available.
As a provider that deals exclusively with cable Internet, Xfinity will not get faster speeds than fiber Internet, but it is still much higher than DSL or satellite. Xfinity offers a 2000 Mbps plan, the fastest of any provider nationwide.
All in all, Xfinity internet plans provide all the speed you could need at competitive rates. You will have to deal with price increases after 12 months, but this is common among Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Xfinity Internet deals, pricing & speed
You might not find the same Xfinity internet plan rates and term agreement requirements everywhere. Some sites may be more expensive than others for the same level of internet speed. Additionally, contract requirements may vary by region, which means choosing not to have a contract in one region may result in a price increase that you won’t see in another.
However, the pricing isn’t entirely random, as Xfinity aggregates its plans in three regions of the country: West, Central, and Northeast. On the bright side, a subscription to the Peacock Premium streaming service is included with all Xfinity plans.
